This is the back end of the draw down on federal TANF money to replace general fund money. 

 

I had the opportunity to go before Sen. Berlin's committee this morning and testify as to the devestating affects the Governor's proposed budget cuts to CCAP would have on family child care providers and the families we serve receiving child care assistance.  Attached is a copy of my testimony.
