This report is the second done by Jesse Kao Lee, Ready 4 K Hmong Project manager and Dr. Zha Blong Xiong of the University of Minnesota . In 2005, an initial survey of early childhood education in the Hmong community in St Paul , MN was completed. This report, the Hmong Early Childhood Needs Assessment, was shared around the country.
